In like-new condition, but has some sticker residue on the top. This one has a jack for a 1/4 inch cable, but does not come with the cable.
Additional Info: This is a great heavy duty, steel case single foot switch perfect for most foot switch applications. The switch itself is a heavy duty single pole / single throw (SPST) latching foot actuated switch that shorts the tip to the sleeve of the plug. The chassis of this foot switch is isolated from the cable/jack.
