Unknown 7/8 inch Tom Mount Arm w 2 Memory Locks

7/8 inch Rack Tom mount, is 14 inches long, 6 inches on the 90 degree tom pole. Comes with 2 memory locks. Has some oxydation, can use a good cleaning, but no rust. Sat in a box of drum parts for years, was not used much.
