This vintage snare stand is fully functional and in fair cosmetic condition as seen in photos. The rubber on the snare arms is coming off, but enough is still on to be fine and last a long time. There is some surface rust and chipped chrome in spots. The screw for adjusting snare size was replaced with a philips screw (should be replaced to function better).
