Gibson Vintage 1960s J200 Jumbo Acoustic with Cowboy Tooled Leather Case

• Serial Number: 846553
• King of the Flat-tops
• Particularly rare with black stinger on back of headstock
• Two splits on back of neck, where pieces join. Please see photos. One is roughly 12.5" in length and the other 5.5" in length. These splits run parallel to each other.
• Checks out clean under a black light - no signs of refinish or repair
• Includes a rare original vintage Gibson Western Country 1960's textured faux leather case. These cases were an option from Gibson Dealers in the late 60's for Gibson guitars such as the J-200 and J-45. This paticular case lining appears to resemble a giraffe pattern on the inner top and bottom, with the sides showing a more typical bovine pattern. Case handle is missing and has been replaced with leather stripping. Top and bottom of case appears lighter than sides, giing a bit of a two-tone effect. Latches show some relatively minor rusting.
