      We host a wide variety of events including Private Parties, Photo/Video Shoots, Live Music, Gaming Tournaments, and more in our 125-Cap space in the 2nd half of our retail shop!

      General Terms:

      Clients can begin load-in up to 1 hour prior to scheduled rental time. Payment must be made in full on the day of rental.
       
      Evolution Music is only responsible for providing adequate & organized space on the scheduled date/time in addition to a functional PA system. Evolution Music does not have sound engineers on call in case of clients inability to provide their own sound engineer. Evolution Music is not responsible for promotion, booking, ticket management, or any other services.
       
      Our property located at 923 Curtiss St, Downers Grove, IL 60515 prohibits alcohol. This includes directly outside the building. Violation of this will result in an immediate banning from future event opportunities and possible shut-down of the event. It is the clients responsibility to communicate this to all patrons and ensure it is not violated throughout the event.       Food and Drink are welcome!

      We ask that all clients check in with us 1 week prior to the date of rental via text/call 630-541-5022 (preferred) or email contact@evolutionmusicstore.com

      Rates:

      $150: Photo / Video Shoot
      $150: Gaming Event / Tournament
      $150: Private Kids Party (Sat 3pm - 7pm) (Sun 1pm - 5pm)
      $150: Live Comedy
      $250: Live Music, 1 staff member on site in case of emergency.
      $350: Live Music, Sound Engineer + 1 staff member on site in case of emergency.
