• Fretboard separation on both sides to about the 2nd fret on bass side
• Belcat humbuckers currently installed
• Includes original pickups
• Three holes on the body, presumably from a lefty strap button and pickguard removal
• a discoloration patch under the finish it seems on the top
• hard nick on the edge around that same discoloration
• Gotoh tuners added, original tuner holes still on headstock
• chips to headstock corners
