Notes

• Smoke would come out of the slits on the front panel, & the smell of electronics burning could be smelled from within whenever the synthesizer was turned on.
• Several circuit boards are free floating inside of the instrument. This can result in a catastrophic failure if the instrument is turned on without these being remounted into their proper positions.
• Some scuffing and tape residue to metal.
• Master volume fader does not seem to function.
• Several keys would re-trigger after being pressed.
• Mix fader does not seem to alter sound.
