Private Lesson Cancelation policy
Students must provide 24 hours notice if they are unable to attend a lesson. Any missed lessons without 24 notice will not receive make up credit.
If adequate notice is given for a missed lesson, the student receives a "make up credit." Teachers have the individual authority to override the 24 hour notice requirement for cancellations if they'd like to make an exception for a last minute cancelation. In other words, a teacher can issue a makeup credit for any missed lesson at their own discretion but are not required to if 24hrs notice is not provided.

Monthly tuition is automatically charged on the first of each month for all of the lessons scheduled within the upcoming month.
Students must provide at least 7 days notice if they are not going to be continuing private lesson the following month.

Rock Band Cancellation Policy
Rock band students do not receive make up credits if they cannot attend class. During the week of a scheduled performance your Rock Band may or may not have rehearsal. Performances are of equal value to a Rock Band rehearsal.
However, if additional rehearsal classes are needed we will work with parents and students to try to make accommodations.
Rock Band Billing
