RETURN POLICY

Online Purchases
Returnable within 3 days of delivery if the item is non-functional or damaged.

Items with "As-Is" in the title or description cannot be returned

If the item is damaged in transit by rough handling, then we will open a claim with our 3rd party insurance provider. Resolution time is around 7-14 days.

Outside of non-functionality or damage, items are allowed to be returned within 3 days of delivery. 10% Restocking Fee of Subtotal will be deducted from total refund along with costs of shipping to buyer and return shipping.

Local Purchases
Returnable within 10 Days if reciept is provided unless the item is "As-Is"

If purchased using store credit aquired by trading in items then the store credit will be returned to your account. Store Credit is not allowed to be "cashed out".
